This poem gave me a chuckle...you capture both the moment of seeing something so magestic and then you capture that inner feeling when you realize their impact on your land. Also your short poem reminds me of how it is all about sharing and our reaction to sharing. I haven't tried Haiku. You show me how much is really said in three planned out lines! Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThank you. I appreciate that. I tend to write looonnnng and hopefully funny posts. So, writing this haiku was a challenge. One that I have to do from time to time, or I'd never get out here to run my errands. LOL BTw I love that you could see that I do admire them and their beauty through my frustrations.
